I know the music makes it seem like an epic workout, but it’s not a fran or anything.  I just like how the music is very action oriented.  - Daft Punk from Tron soundtrack.

WOD:

7 min. AMRAP (as many reps as possible) (I had 150 reps)
for a 16’ shuttle run
then a 3 min. rest.
then 9-15-21 reps
Power Snatch (I used 35#)
and
box jump (I had 16” box)
My time was 9:36

I am really working hard at getting stronger.
